Art and Light Event

, visitors will admire works of art made of paper on Friday evening, October 16, in the beautifully lit Wilheminapark in Wormerveer .

The IFIKZ MaakMeeFestival takes place during fall break. This year’s theme is “The Power of Zaan Paper.” The festival will conclude with a light and art event in Wilhelminapark. On Friday evening, October 16, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., everyone is welcome to view the paper artworks. They were created by artists from the Zaan region, local craftspeople, and students from Talland College. The park will be atmospherically lit, and the artworks will be beautifully illuminated and accompanied by music. The evening will open
with a spectacular dance performance featuring paper.
